The NYS Coalition for Independent and Religious Schools is the voice of K-12 independent and religious school education in New York. Its primary mission is to preserve the independence of New York's private schools and to uphold parental choice in education.

The Coalition works with state and federal lawmakers, the NYS Education Department and the US Dept. of Education to ensure that all children that attend independent and religious schools in New York recieve all that they are entitled.
