Sponsorship Terms and Conditions
* Sponsorship opportunities are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. Sponsorship level will be guaranteed with full payment
* Sponsorships must be paid in full by October 15, 2020
* Unless otherwise agreed, NYSCIRS is responsible for the planning and administration of the sponsored event. NYSCIRS may entertain specific requests by a sponsor concerning sponsorship, but reserves the right to make the final decision to accommodate such requests.
* Cancellations received after October 20, 2020 are nonrefundable. Cancellation must be made in writing and faxed to 518-273-1206 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event the RISE conference must move to a virtual conference registration fees will be refunded less $200.00. The vendor showcase will move to a virtual showcase and will be open and available to conference attendees for 30 days. We will provide more information in the coming months as the current situation is monitored.
